We’re Vesuvio Pizzeria — an independent, pizza and wine bar in the heart of Clonmel. Our aim is simple: bake the most beautiful Neapolitan pizzas we can, with a crust that’s airy and leopard spotted, tomato sauce that glows San Marzano red, and clouds of buffalo mozzarella that melt into silk.
