We’re Vesuvio Pizzeria — an independent, wood fired pizza parlour in the heart of Clonmel. Our aim is simple: bake the most beautiful Neapolitan pies we can, with a crust that’s airy and leopard spotted, tomato sauce that glows San Marzano red, and clouds of buffalo mozzarella that melt into silk. Fast pizza, slow dough, big smiles.
Woodfired heat gives us the signature Neapolitan bake—raised blisters, smoky perfume, and a pie that eats hot and happy. It also keeps us honest: every pizza is made by hand, baked to order, and judged by its crust.
